# 预授权完成操作指引

预授权是指发卡机构或其代理机构在特约商户扣款前，确认许可冻结额度的交易。预授权会占用卡片的信用额度，此时还未真实从客户信用卡中扣除金额仅冻结。如果没有在预授权的限定时间内进行预授权完成，则该预授权将会被取消。

 

根据万事达最新规定，如果您网站有预授权交易，请在3个工作日内完成预授权。

 

如果超过时间未取消或完成预授权交易，则会收取0.033欧元+0.28%的手续费；

另超过3天的预授权交易，如果消费者发起了拒付，也无法进行申诉。

 

您可以在退款处理页面，根据交易类型：预授权来筛选订单，进行操作。

**MC后台操作路径**

1、请登陆mc后台，点击交易管理-退款处理

2、筛选交易类型：预授权

点击审核，根据订单需求(针对预授权订单，可提前联系消费者询问具体情况)，选择完成或撤销。

如果点击预授权完成后，则会出现在交易类型-预授权完成页面，后期如果选择退款可在此点击退款按钮。
